I was at a lunch today where I heard one executive ask the other about their brand. What is your personal brand? He responded with what he worked hard to create the image, but was not sure what the 'real' perception' is and if he is considered.

New concept to me so I read and read online (how I found this site). So how do you know if your brand is perceived the way you think it is?
