*24/7/365 Live Support (I mainly use the online chat feature)
*99%+ Guaranteed Uptime + 99%+ Uptime...I don't really want to try to get a refund for my money. I just want good hosting.
*cPanel Control Panel
*Cheap!
HostGator.com is pretty good too but they have some weird policies I don't agree with.
