Default Not many examples

I was listening to a local talk radio show yesterday where the host, Tom Martino, wanted to hear from callers who had experienced extraordinary customer service. In the time I was listening, the phone was slow (usually not the case on his show). When calls came in, many examples I would put in the category of minimum expectations.

There are not many examples in this forum either?! I pay close attention and reward great service, but myself disappointed.

Excellent customer service is the easiest way to differentiate yourself - why do people/companies suck at this - show me people who care.
