How Do I Communicate I am a Leader?
How do I communicate I am a leader? Yes, a question that I hear in one fashion or another often enough. How do I become a leader or a better leader are similar questions I am asked.
A leader does not have a title. A leader starts something new and inspires to the unknown - where fear exists. Leaders study, learn continuously, listen to others, mentor, delegate and trust.
Leadership is not something you do or tell people. More so a feeling or experience others have -leadership is not a skill - you possess unique skills that make up leadership. Pay attention and grow these.
