Promote your Brand Online" forum. Also link to any online profiles like
LinkedIn
Make sure you have a good profile promoting what you offer that is unique and be consistent on and offline (your personal brand).
In addition, reach out to recruiters in TX that focus on the jobs you seek. Find partners where you can ad value to them while they introduce you into good situations for you. A search in LinkedIn will identify many recruiters for you.
