I went to your website and see the video is good and loads pretty well. Here are some more comments. I think most people don't have the patience unless they are there to see the video. I think that is an issue to address in your original questions. Activating controls so you can switch pages chases people away too.
People read faster than talk so I wanted to get your spokesperson out of the way on the front page. In my walks, people don't care except that it is cool.
I think everyone agrees multi-media is here to stay, but this must be done correctly to be effective marketing and PR. It can be overdone like flash.
