I agree RPO is moving out of the companies and into dedicated firms. Not just recruiting - the whole process as you point out.

Why should a company master the recruiting process when partnering with someone like you is smarter on the resources. Besides, those who are excellent at the recruiting process don't stay "inside" long. They start and work for search firms! It makes sense.

Companies and management can be great at producing widgets and excellent service while managing a culture. A culture communicated to search firms so together a staff and future can be retained because everyone is working within core competencies and passion.
