I am glad Yahoo is blocking Microsoft's proxy battle to buy the company. On one hand, its good that Microsoft wants to buy them; on the other hand, its a bad idea.

More money from outsiders would yield more and extensive development time on the search engine itself. Google is already planning to take the search engine to the next level.
