Ah the Coffee House Interview
Sometimes job interviews take place in coffee houses for confidentiality, no office or even to test focus.
I am in a busy and loud coffee house and those of us in the immediate area can't help but to listen to a candidate getting grilled by the head of something executive. Tough deal! They are talking compensation right now. What is your take on interviewing in this environment?
