Reuters article says online job boards showed a 22% increase in postings in Feb. '07.
The online job demand is strongest in management, business and finance, and in office and administrative support. The average hourly wage for the management posts was $42.52, the report said. Good news on activity. Remember your competition is also looking at these postings and the response rate will be huge. Pick-up the phone and make a presentation as to why you are uniquely qualified for the opportunity. Also remember to only use ads as a supplement to the direct targeting strategies you are doing. Networking into the hidden job market really is the best practice.
