Does anyone have a resource they can point me to with interview guides?

Dave - I recommend AIRS Directory because they are innovative in training on broad topics from compliance to actual interviewing, etc. which are the guides I think you are looking for.

I further recommend spending the time to identify the fact of your business, culture and team with forward thinking needs. Interview towards the future. Let candidates know what it is really like and what you really need.

I like interviewing in conversation, but find your comfortable style and ask questions that get down to it - on top of standard resume following story building questions. I like to ask questions in a way that puts people in the shoes of others...what would your manager at company x tell me about...
How would a client describe a typical experience with...
Then check those references and you will find the reference check process has some meaning.

Default questions

Thanks! That is helpful information. I am looking for sample questions too. Many sites I have found make you buy examples past standard interview questions. Any guidance there? Thanks!
