Franchise investment for you?
I hear from many people that they want to own a business, but not sure they are interested in starting a new venture - or what to start for that matter.
Buying an existing business or franchise may be an interesting opportunity. At this point the risk and reward and price alignment is the decision - you pay for the entrepreneurs success. Rob McNealy has a good post on Startup Story Radio on the topic including resources.
