1) value - absolutely! Carter had a great point about content and ease being king.
2) The presentation can be a huge separation for companies like in the example on your website. This can apply to many industries for internal and external communications, sales, training, etc. For me, my events and materials can come together like you show here. I think that is cool! 3) Get on the train or wait? That is a good question depending on the business, but you are showing the technology to help companies and individuals present their brand in a memorable way - again, the content and experience has to be good!

I went to your website and see the video is good and loads pretty well. Here are some more comments. I think most people don't have the patience unless they are there to see the video. I think that is an issue to address in your original questions. Activating controls so you can switch pages chases people away too.
People read faster than talk so I wanted to get your spokesperson out of the way on the front page. In my walks, people don't care except that it is cool. I think everyone agrees multi-media is here to stay, but this must be done correctly to be effective marketing and PR. It can be overdone like flash. I like what you are doing and hope this helps. |

1. Do you see value in online video?
Absolutely! There are times and places for video on the internet. It is really a natural extension of the visual nature of websites. First came text, second came graphics, and now we are looking at a much accessible and legitimate multimedia solution. 2. Do you see your company or venture succeeding with video marketing, PR, or training? As a web designer / developer, I absolutely see the need to keep up with the potential technologies available to my clients. I just talked with a company that does exactly this (www.VideoBloom.com) and I am curious to find out more from them. 3. Multimedia is here to stay, do you get on the train now or wait? Get on that train! With a higher percentage of people using broadband access, wireless networks growing, and the average computer user having access to all of this, there is no reason not to embrace this technology.

You are not alone. However, those who provide energy, entertainment and education fast do this well. Many sites, like the one Dan Kobler suggests, provides dedicated space for video so you can view, listen and read at the same time - great for the multitasking ADD folks like me!
