For a fee, I think it is a given the org is maintaining a member base by providing good speakers and content with that keeps people coming back. Added value would be training in networking and providing ambassadors who help make connections and break into groups for the shy networker.

Integrated Alliances in Denver and many chambers have training and ambassadors. I agree this is a great way for associations/networking groups to separate and add value.
