Salenook.com (new site) is live...advertisement suggestions/comments?

Hey all,

I just finished a site that I have been working on now for about 5 months and would love feedback or suggestions on advertising. The site brings a garage sale feel to local online shopping...and people who wish to have traditional garage sales can list dates for those sales. I see is as being a best of both worlds. Users can also create relationships, review users and post ads of all different sorts.
