The reason why I didn't form a LLC, is because while it doesn't require shares (and you can't do them), you really need a partner just in order for it to 'succeed' otherwise its not a LLC, or LLP at all.
I am looking at networking another company with my parent [corporation] company. I wonder how to do this. I quite never understood or understand how companies 'claim' to own the rights to a product or company (rather than the person), this is something I want to look at closely.
