sounds good...final 2 questions regarding the topic...
1. If I were the only one responsible for the business would I be the Registered Agent.
2. Management vested in managers vs. management vested in members? (whats the difference)
based on your comments, you are the registering agent and vested in manager (list your name and address).

thanks 4 your reply...it really clarified things for me...and I will have to show you the site once I'm done with all the business and legal side of things...the Seth Godin speech inspired me to put a different form of national advertisement that I am hoping will be a "purple cow"...but anyway...have a great week and I am sure we will be talking again soon
