    FUN! Culture

We spend most of our awake hours on the job. Reality is most people struggle finding balance, so integration is becoming a value for many dedicated to self, family, community and career.

At the office, many companies are letting loose and creating a culture of fun. What does fun mean to you? Take the poll and post thoughts here!

Yes, there are many factors a company must consider in creating a culture. You can't shut some people out while satisfying others, but building something that attracts the right people for a particular culture and values is significantly important.
