Default What is a Branded Culture?

Each culture has a brand because the brand culture is the employee experience during problems and decisions, internally, and customer experience, externally. The desired outcome related to communications and over all experience is the practice of building a culture brand based on the core values of the organization.

Individual brands carry out the overall environmental experience. Finding the match in company and individual values is critical to success in a branded culture experience which attracts and retains the right employees, customers, partners and community involvement.

Change in culture is an interesting challenge that is also driven by the individual brand. Responding to company growth, industry challenges and competition usually means bringing on more and different people. Some times the original soul of the organization established by founding members values is at stake. Because different people thrive in different environments, this is inevitable. however, the core values and customer service of any organization does not have to change and at the end of the day, that is the culture brand that matters most.
