Trust
Have you noticed a direct relationship to time and money spent on due diligence related to trust?
If yes, what is the difference when someone does little due diligence on you or your company vs. exhaustive. What is the result? Think about it -- trust builds speed and brand loyalty.

Re: Trust
Some people take more time than others to trust people. Some go into new relationships with trusting people and others go in not trusting people until otherwise proven. Regardless, trust is out the window if you are not trustworthy as defined by others.
