Awhile ago I announced the news of a one-day event called the "Customer Service is the New Marketing Summit" sponsored by Get Satisfaction. Well, if you're thinking about attending this event on February 4, 2008, you should get your ticket today! I just got word that the pricing for this event will go up on January 1st. The early bird pricing of $295 ends on December 31. Prices will go up to $495 per ticket. There is a great lineup of speakers for the summit, including Alex Frankel, whom I talked about before.
