Default Customer Are Always RSS feed:A Business Lesson Learned From Conan O' Brien

My RSS Feed is dedicated to customer service and Has Just Posted the Following:

Although the Writers Guild is still on strike, Jay Leno and Conan O' Brien returned to their posts as late night talk show hosts last night. It was so nice to be able to watch something fresh and new - especially interesting to see Conan in a beard!

Many people perceive Conan O' Brien to be this obnoxious, pale-looking talk show host, but this man makes me laugh to no end! In last night's show, he took the cameras into his office and showed us what it looked like and gave us a glimpse into what he had been doing for the past two months of the strike.

Once in awhile it's nice to allow your customers to see what goes on behind the scenes and a blog is a great way to do that. Be transparent. Let people know that there's more to work than just putting on a show - so to speak. Or in the case of a regular business, let people see that your company does work hard to bring them quality products or services.

If you've never seen Conan O' Brien in action, check out this episode of Charlie Rose to learn more about him...
