Default Customer Are Always RSS feed:What's Your Vision?

My RSS Feed is dedicated to customer service and Has Just Posted the Following:

Spring is my favorite time of the year! Not only does my birthday fall on this month, but I love all the colorful flowers and blossoms. The flowers stand so tall...soaking in the sunshine and warm weather. They make the world such a brighter place It took some time to produce these pretty flowers. There was the planting of the seeds and making sure they got enough water. In the end they bloomed to create joy for me and anyone else who appreciates them.

Even before all of this started there was a vision to create this beautiful garden. Everything starts with a vision. Great customer service starts with a vision and focusing on that vision. Even blogging starts with a vision.

Consider these types of visions:
  • Happy customers paying top dollar for your product or services and telling everyone else about your business
  • An increase in income per share of the company stock because the company is doing so well
  • You get a nice, fat bonus because you achieved your sales goals for the past four quarters
  • Your mailbox is flooded with letters from happy customers
Of course, all these visions are possible! However, it's going to take a shift in your thinking process - especially for cynical, pessimistic types. (I used to be one of those people!) I teach these visualization techniques and exercises at my other blog, The Good Life, which makes things a little easier.
What do you visualize for your business?
