My RSS Feed is dedicated to customer service and Has Just Posted the Following:

When I first started researching what type of business to start, my first thought was, "What kind of business will make me the most money?" I'm sure many of you probably were thinking the same thing.

However, experience is teaching me to put other people first. What can I give to people? How can I use my talents to serve? How can I create value? Those are the questions I now ask myself.

I also learned something new today: Get Unambiguous and Get More Customers. After you've discovered what you can offer to the world, you have to be clear in your vision and be able to communicate those offerings to your customers.
