Customer Are Always RSS feed:A Lesson We Can Learn From March Madness
My RSS Feed is dedicated to customer service and Has Just Posted the Following:
Like many basketball fans across the country, I’ve been tuned into “March Madness” the past couple weeks - which is not very productive, but is boosting my morale...  This is the month of the big college basketball tournaments and it has been madness, to say the least. What’s really exciting for me is to see the underdogs make it past the first round. This year there were a few teams who did make it past the first round even though many people didn’t think they would. It was nice to see USD (University of San Diego) beat out a better ranking team although they ended up losing in the second round to Western Kentucky. click here to read more from and support Customers Are Always...
