Default Customer Are Always RSS feed:Build Your Online Presence: Attend SOBCon08

My RSS Feed is dedicated to customer service and Has Just Posted the Following:

The best part about blogging - besides finding new customers and staying in touch with them - is that you get to meet other like-minded bloggers. That is, if you're active in the community! I subscribe to tons of blogs, leave comments on posts I like, and also attend blog events to connect with other people. My business has really grown since I started blogging.

If blogging is your thing or you want to learn how you can leverage the power of starting a blog to grow your own business, you may want to attend the SOBCon08 event in Chicago next month! Liz Strauss (who I've personally met and had a blast with) and Terry Starbucker started SOBCon last year. Here's why SOBCon matters to Terry.

Jason Falls of Social Media Explorer recently interviewed Liz Strauss about SOBCon. Liz also explains some of the issues people come across when taking their brick-and-mortar business onto the web.

Some of you have asked if I will be attending SOBCon. Unfortunately I won't be able to make it this year because I'm saving up for a vacation I'll be taking later on this year. However, next year, I'm attending!! </img>
