I had another slow leak so my tire needed to be patched. Discount tire will patch for free even when you have been in a few times. (must be nails on my street?)
They were busy last Monday so I had to wait over an hour which gave me time to witness excellent customer service. Johnny as he calls himself (name tag says John) was pretty busy with customers coming and going and the phone ringing often. Business is good for Discount Tires! Johnny had to deal with a few stressed out people and was clearly busy. No one would know it. People actually commented on his enthusiasm as he would answer the phone over and over again. His energy and excitement to provide excellent service was obvious - he is proud and should be. Keep it up Johnny, you can change the world!
