...to surprise and put a smile on your customers' face - that is, if they like chocolate! Yesterday I went to a cafe to do some writing (free wifi will always bring me in!) and ordered a turkey sandwich and my favorite coffee drink, an iced mocha. When the plate was brought to my table, I noticed the little Hershey's kiss sitting on my plate...a caramel-filled chocolate to boot! Never mind that I was really hungry for that sandwich - that little itty piece of chocolate made my day! It really, really doesn't take much to please your customers.
