My RSS Feed is dedicated to customer service and Has Just Posted the Following:

As you may or may not know, I've become a huge Twitter fan. Except for the minor glitches here and there, Twitter has been a fun way to interact with others in cyberspace.

I've been asking my followers at Twitter what customer service means to them in three words or less. Here's what a few people had to say...

Honesty. Trust. Dependability.
