My RSS Feed is dedicated to customer service and Has Just Posted the Following:
If you've ever thought that the little things don't count, think again... I went into a new Borders bookstore yesterday to treat myself to a coffee and relax after a day of writing. I wandered around hoping to soak up all the knowledge in the books through osmosis. The store had a great setup with a little digital station right in the center where people could listen to music and even create their own CD or hop on a computer and browse the Borders website.
