As I look over all the blog posts I've written for the past couple months, I've noticed that I haven't shared any real good customer service stories lately. I would hate for this blog to turn into a rant blog that always complains about how bad customer service is nowadays!

That said, I'd like to share a couple links to that remind us that yes, there are still companies out there that really and truly care about their customers...
