    We've arrived at the last edition of the Customer Service Carnivale for 2008! Thank you to everyone who have stuck with me through the transition to this new blog. I look forward to 2009 and all the exciting changes that are going to take place - not just in business, but in every aspect of our lives. 2008 was a bit of a challenge for many people, but I'm very optimistic that things will turn around for us
