The biggest no brainer in the history of business is providing excellent customer service. It is also the easiest thing to do if you care. Businesses may set a culture around providing great service, but every time it is up to the individual personal brand to carry (or not) it out.
Excellent customer service is common sense. Nov. 4 is Use Your Common Sense Day created by Bud Bilanich, author of the Know More Media network blog CareerSuperStar.com.
