CareerSuperStar.com has another blog titled
CommonSenseGuy.com where he shares some thoughts on the
"we" relationships with customers.

In this post Bilanchi cites a study that was conducted by
PeopleMetrics. The study revealed that there is a correlation between the restaurant's bottom-line and how restaurant employees treat their customers - especially if the customers feel emotionally connected to the experience.
It's nice to see studies like this being done because it solidifies my own beliefs that customer service (or customer experience) is the driver of sales.
