Last month I wrote a post titled,
Voyager Cell Phone vs iPhone in which I questioned the customer service of Verizon and AT&T. Well, Susan Gunelius of
Marketing Blurb tells us about the
inconsistency of Verizon Wireless customer service.

I think the current reality of all the cell phone providers is that they all give inconsistent customer service.
Even T-Mobile has had its share of bad customer service stories despite its
#1 ranking with J.D. Powers & Associates. This seems to be the case with any large corporation. Could it be possible to build a cell phone company that provided great customer service 100% of the time? Well, if you know me, you know what my answer is: "
Anything Is Possible!"
