Leadership Begins With You
Before any great leader can inspire others to do great things, that leadership must start with them self.
Do you: think for yourself? have an attitude of get to or have to? take responsibility? create shared understanding? explain with stories or complain? create better people? engage others? behave like a leader? Are you at least all the above consistently? That would be great brand and does not even require being in a "leadership" role. Lead YOU and the right people will want to be around you!
