My good friend Traci Brown recently introduced me to a new SMART acronym. How do you see this helping you this year?
S - Simple and Specific
M - Meaningful to you and Measurable
A - As if Now and Achievable
R - Responsible to Self and Others and Realistic
T - Toward what you really desire and Time Specific

You can find Traci at www.ujpro.com

I have seen the other acronyms and between them all think "responsible" is the best. Responsible and accountable for the rest.
