We know that relationships matter most. So the good personal brand is winning over the most relationships based on the experience customers have with her. But she is also pitching the products, services and support that makes her job easy in the ability to service you, the customer. So when she leaves, do you take your business with her, or with the wonderful company she sold you along the way?

Yes, there are situational decisions, but think about it. As the personal brand moves on, she is challenged to explain why she made the move and why you should follow her. Where are your loyalties?
