If you want to get something done, give it to the busy person. Real busy. In other words, not paper pushing excuse makers, but difference makers.
I love hanging out with get 'er done personality. Get 'er done personal brands are winners. Fortunately for me, my wife is the best at getting it done. Julie runs JS Design producing custom products for the wedding industry, primarily. As a successful seasonal business, most sales and activity take place during less than nine months of the year. When everything seems to happen at once, it would be easy to push off less time sensitive projects. Here is where you can make magic happen. By the time Julie would organize the request for future dates, she just does it. She often says "screw it, I'm just going to do it" and does it. Clients don't care how busy you are or how a wish is not time sensitive. To them, it might be. If the project is within your scope of service, DO IT! Do it now! You will find happy clients and excellent customer service all while minimizing your time commitments. That's right and Julie is proof. She works less, not harder, because she just gets it done NOW. Be a get it done now brand...answer the phone when it rings...return calls now, return emails now...
