I want to tell you about a great identified need turned business I have been following. JibberJobber.com was started one year ago by Jason Alba. Jason was in a classic job search a year ago and started JibberJobber thinking it would be a "cool" side business. Maybe something he would moonlight when landing the next "job" in his career.

Well, he build something people value and it took off! Check out his site and look at the media coverage and accomplishments! NICE! This may not have been in the cards related to a plan, but using his core competencies and passion while paying attention to his environment - he created opportunity utilizing assets he did not know he had (I am guessing based on my experience with people)
Now I bet Jason is "unemployable"...great entrepreneurial story!
