An Instructor.

Maybe you had to be re-certified in something or you were taking a new class, an information program, or a Carnegie course. Anybody that’s been an instructor and taught you something, a skill set, or help you become certified in a particular skill and helped you get somewhere could be an advocate.


If you cannot think of one, maybe your time is best spent talking to old instructors and reconnecting with them and finding one who will be your advocate or maybe they already are and you just haven’t spent any time with them. You’re out of relationship with them. Just like water when it’s taken off the burner, as soon as you take that water off the burner, it’s going to get cold fast. Well, so are your relationships and connections with people, if you don't put time into a relationship - the relationship gets cold fast.
