I’m often asked how you can make the most of conferences that you go to. This is the way you do it. It is about connecting with people in your industry but be very specific and have a strategy of who those people are, not just anybody, everybody, or somebody. A speaker, trainer, or instructor in your industry will have the latest and greatest news in your industry, position or community.

If you don’t know someone fitting that description, then you know the 'hole' you must fill in to fill out your critical connections. Those 'holes" are the first things you’re going to target and fill.
