Remember the movie City Slickers? Curly, the crusty, old ranch hand, mysteriously alludes to the 'one thing' Billy Crystal needs to know - essentially, the meaning of life - that will change him forever, but dies before he can reveal the secret.
Ever felt like that financially? Like there's one thing you should know, and with that knowledge would be free? There's no one thing to know about how money works, but there is one thing you can do, every day, to change your financial life. Are you ready? That's it - that's the secret. There is one thing you can do differently every day, that will change your financial story over time. All you need to do is take the opportunity when it comes. Better yet, go make the opportunity to shift how you deal with money. Maybe it's choosing a new way to think about it. Maybe it's organizing your tax records for the year. Maybe it's simply opening a portion of a stack of bills. I promise, do at least one thing, every day, for your finances, and your results will change for the better, forever. Take A Minute: Ask yourself, "What's the one thing I can do today to change my financial life?" Make A Minute: Commit to one financial action, every day for the next seven, and record what changes as a result. Everything we do adds up to something—see to it, one choice at a time, one minute at a time—that what you’re doing adds up to the greatest possible vision for your life!
