Default "OM"

Chanting. Meditation. Prayer. All over the world, people are lifting their voices and thoughts to the heavens to raise their consciousness, improve their circumstances and be of better service. Somewhere inside, they believe they are meant for more than their struggles may point to. When that internal confidence is at its strongest, so, too, are the results.

Let's discuss the importance of creating a physical environment of financial success. Today we will build the internal environment - the mental focus you need to accomplish your goals.

Take a moment to examine your beliefs about money in a general kind of way. Now we're going to develop a more specific, guiding "Money Mantra", a statement of purpose, intention or belief that supports you in your financial endeavors.

• Get a piece of paper and a pen. Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. Relax the skin around your eyes. Imagine what you'd like to be true about you and your money. Let a smile visit your face as though you're already there. (And if you are, smile even bigger!) Really let yourself be in that vision, that place of whatever success looks like to you.

• Now, open your eyes and write down the thoughts and feelings that describe the vision of where you want to be. Keep boiling it down to a statement about you and your money that brings that same calmness and sweet smile to your being. This will be your Money Mantra. Write it on something that you can keep with you, to reference often.

Here's mine:
"I am open to accept what is mine to receive and happy to let go of what will find better service elsewhere." It always brings me that smile, that peace, and supports the steps I take on my financial journey.

The more you interact with a new focus for a successful financial life, the more you train your brain to expect that success. Don't forget to record the changes that come as a result of operating from this Money Mantra.

Abundant Regards,
Jenifer
