Latest Media Giants Buying Online Strategy
Today CBS announced it's buying CNET Networks for $1.8 billion dollars, paying $11.50 a share, a 45 percent premium over yesterday's closing price to build strength online.
Comcast (NSDQ: CMCSA) looks to buy Plaxo could integrate RSS feed on a social platform with cable/internet content. Here is the Plaxo official announcement on this forum for discussion. How do you think the combination benefits you?
