I was at a lunch today where I heard one executive ask the other about their brand. What is your personal brand? He responded with what he worked hard to create the image, but was not sure what the 'real' perception' is and if he is considered.
New concept to me so I read and read online (how I found this site). So how do you know if your brand is perceived the way you think it is? Jensen |

Jensen,
The short answer is behaving within your core values and competencies. You must know who you are and what you offer. Pay attention to your environment especially during change. How do you behave during challenging times? Are you consistent? It is important to build that top of mind campaign by taking on tasks that challenge you. It is also important you surround yourself with advisors what can help you with all of this including making sure you are not to close to yourself...as we all can be. Play around here and at www.YourIndividualBrand.com
