    I don't care how much money you have

    I'm thinking that I don't want to work with someone who is disrespectful to others via phone or email... at all.

    I don't care how much money they have nor how much they're willing to pay nor how much they explain away their behavior with "I just have a hot temper". There are certain non-negotiables in who I'll work with.

    Do you have some non-negotiables on who you'll work or connect with?

    Non-negotiable = I suppose most things can be forgiven as people may make mistakes that need to be pointed out by leaders. However, a pattern of disrespecting people contains a deep problem where I may suggest experts to identify before I can respect and add my value.

    Respect for self others and community is something I always look for. When exercised, all else (including mistakes) tend to be accounted for.
    Also one of the reasons Camp Fire's mission hits home with me - that is what the programs inspire into our future leaders.
