Thumbs up

This show inspired me to take charge of similar strategies at my company. I think it is a way I can stand out. I may post back here with questions and ideas

I want to create an intranet sharing best practices (I don't have the skills to create, just the idea from an operations and HR standpoint). My sell challenge is going to be the cost and time to put our resources on to such culture. May require a new hire?

Biggest impact = simple accessibility to each other. What do you think? I posted in industry trends too.
